On display until July 9th, a series of bird sculptures. The two owls on the stand, skeletons of ecology. The small bird on the saw blade, last perch. A wire whirl eagle and a pipe eagle. I spent the winter with my head buried in the delicate and yet powerful structures of birds and I know I have only scratched the surface.
Salvaged school bus driveshaft, cold, and heat forged for a small owl, approx. 12″ (sold, 2016)
